Wash and make thin slices of 4 potatoes. Spread these on a plate and drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of paprika,1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and salt as per taste.

Mix it all nicely and allow the potatoes to absorb the flavours. In the meantime preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius.

Next, place parchment paper, and spread the slices nicely and bake the chips for around 25-30 minutes, till they attain the desired texture. Turn off the flame and serve with your favourite dip.

Wash and slice 5 medium potatoes. Then line a microwave safe plate or tray with a baking sheet, spread the slices.

Next, take a bowl add in 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper as per taste and 1 teaspoon mixed herbs make a nice mixture. Using a silicone brush, spread this mixture on the slices and microwave for the slices for 3 to 5 minutes.

You can also take it out in 3 minutes, then flip the sides and microwave it for another 3-4 minutes. Once done take it out and enjoy it without feeling guilty.

To make delicious potato chips by pan tossing, you would need 3-4 medium sized potatoes. Wash and slice them nicely.

In the meantime, marinate the slices with a dash of turmeric and salt as per taste.

Then add in 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder, ½ red chilli powder and 1 teaspoon chaat masala along with a dash of lemon juice. Marinate it for 30 minutes.

Next, add 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil and once the oil is hot enough, add in the slices and flip sides and fry the chips till they turn crispy.

Note: To reduce the consumption of oil, you can also mix 1 tablespoon oil while marinating and then fry the chips in a non-stick pan by just spraying or brushing some oil.
